Who we are
Genetek Biosciences exports pharmaceutical products manufactured by India. For any question about this notice or your information, contact info@genetekbiosciences.com.
What we collect
| Enquiry details | Company name, contact name, email address, quantity required, destination country or port, and any notes you add — submitted through the quote request form. |

| Technical data | Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request details to serve the site and protect it from abuse. |
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not buy or sell contact data.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To verify that a buyer of prescription products holds a valid import or distribution licence before we dispatch goods — a regulatory requirement.
- To keep records of export transactions as our own obligations require.
- To keep the website available and secure.
How long we keep it
Uploaded licence documents are stored in private storage and are automatically deleted 24 months after upload. Enquiry correspondence is retained in our business email for as long as needed to manage the commercial relationship and to meet record-keeping obligations.
Who can see it
Licence documents are held in private storage that is not publicly accessible; retrieval requires an access token held only by our export desk. We use the following processors: Cloudflare (website hosting and file storage), Web3Forms (delivery of form submissions to our inbox), and Google Workspace (our email). We do not otherwise share your information, except where we are required to by law or by customs and regulatory authorities.
Where it is held
Our processors operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside your own country, including in India where we are based.
Your choices
You can ask us to provide a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@genetekbiosciences.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Providing information is voluntary, but we cannot quote for or supply prescription products without the licence verification described above.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date shown above.
